Michael has over 20 years of experience working with privately held retail, wholesale, LTC, government contract and private facility pharmacy business that provides products and services to a wide range of public and private organizations.
Michael is Aids Drug Assistance Program Certified and a member of the Centers for Disease Control’s Advisory Board on HIV testing. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Bio-Engineering from Moscow University for the Humanities.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Keith is responsible for the strategic financial direction of Cooperton, including overseeing the firm’s accounting and finance departments, as well as investments.
His distinguished career includes more than 25 years of C-level experience in the telecom space including CFO roles at AT&T Broadband, Comcast, Charter Communications, and Time Warner. Following his corporate career, Keith started a successful company in Atlanta and recently sold that to focus on helping growth-minded founders scale their companies.
He received his MBA in Finance from Colorado State University. Keith is also a volunteer mentor at the Woodson Academy, a Title 1 Elementary School in Atlanta.

As Chief Operating Officer, William spearheads the technology business strategy, planning, and solutions for the continuous growth of Cooperton.
William is a seasoned Information Technology Leader with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare insurance, IT consulting, banking, and transaction processing industries. William holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.

Cristina drives business growth by managing key accounts, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring customer success. Prior to Cooperton, she held leadership roles at Oracle Caribbean Inc, Evertec LLC and Microsoft Caribbean, where she honed her skills in sales strategy development, marketing, and partnership management.
Cristina’s experience spans industries including IT, telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services, with a strong background in project management, client communication, and process improvement. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she is adept at navigating multicultural business environments, fostering trust, and executing high-impact strategies.
Program Manager and Team Leader
Gabriela Roman, an adept Program Manager and Team Leader, holds prestigious certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Her background as a PM consultant in the healthcare industry and expertise in process optimization mark her as a distinguished professional in her field.
Her career is characterized by involvement in developing and managing transformative projects that significantly improved operational systems across various government agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Psychology, supplemented by a specialized diploma in Management Skills. Gabriela is currently enhancing her skillset by completing her IBM Data Analytics Professional Certification.
